What we built.
This pioneering cross dock logistics warehouse facility within the Liverpool City Region Freeport benefits from direct access to the M62 and Junction 6 and is designed to support high volume, time critical operations.
The 549,655 sq ft building – including 33,000 sq ft of office space – features 61 dock doors, 15 level access doors, 100m yard depths, extensive trailer parking and a 999 kWp rooftop solar array.
The scheme delivers exceptional operational efficiency and benefits from Freeport tax and customs incentives.
It’s also highly-sustainable, targeting BREEAM Excellent, EPC A and with a 999 kWp solar PV.
