We have a long record of supporting local and national charities and foster a culture of giving within our business.
Our teams have worked with and raised vital funds for Alzheimer’s charities, Cancer Research, Macmillan, local hospices and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, amongst many others.

Recent fund-raisers in support of Overgate Hospice in Elland, West Yorkshire, include the 23-mile Nine Edges Challenge from Derwent Edge to Birchen Edge in the Peak District in June 2026, and the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, raising £20,795 in 2025.
We’ve recently introduced a company-wide volunteering day, allowing every employee one day of paid leave every year to take part in voluntary work or a project that matters to the community.
Marshall Holdings is a prominent industry supporter of The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity (Lighthouse Club). We actively promote its construction industry mental health and wellbeing services and Make It Visible campaigns across our networks.
Our own staff members can access free online self-learning tools through Lighthouse and attend Mental Health First Aid training courses.
