Celebrating 125 years of developing, building and finishing to the highest of standards, we hold true to our values of Quality, In-house Capability and Legacy and Trust to deliver success after success.
Marshall Holdings brings together four businesses – MCWY, CDP, MBC and Joinery – under one umbrella. We develop, design, build and finish in-house, enabling quicker decisions, clearer accountability and co-ordinated delivery. We also work with external architects, consultants and clients, combining in-house capability within wider project teams where required.
We have more than 150 employees, and their average length of service is 14 years. We think that speaks for itself.

Our clients
We believe collaboration is at the heart of every successful project.
This means we keep all lines of communication open throughout every stage, listening and acting and reporting back to our clients.
Having everything in-house allow for streamlined decision-making. Our track record for delivering on-time and on-budget is outstanding.
From instruction through to handover, we take responsibility for our role and work collaboratively to deliver well-coordinated outcomes.
We care for our clients, communities and the people who work with us. What we build today, we build with tomorrow in mind. We strive to deliver sustainable and energy-efficient solutions, applying best practice wherever feasible.
We’re proud of our long record of supporting local and national charities, including Overgate Hospice in Elland. We also support the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, which provides mental health and wellbeing services for the construction industry.
We have a number of staff trained in Mental Health First Aid, and we’ve introduced a volunteering policy that gives every employee one paid day each year to support community projects.
