We believe that when we build today, we must build with tomorrow in mind; to that end, we work very closely with our clients, partners and supply chains to make our developments as sustainable as we can.
We build to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards wherever possible.
Our construction companies operate an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and an ISO 9001 Quality Management System. We are also currently working towards BS 99001 and ISO 14068 (Net Zero).
As a group we focus on energy efficiency; recycling office waste and operating an environment-friendly vehicle policy.
We align our site practices with Considerate Constructors Scheme standards, registering projects with CCS on a client or project-specific basis.
