What we built.
Plot D at The Airfields is a major 27-acre industrial development comprising three high specification warehouse units with integrated office accommodation.
The scheme provides modern, flexible industrial space with full external works, forming part of a wider strategic employment site in North Wales.
Units range in size from 21,000 sq ft (Unit 3) to 55,000 sq ft (Unit 1) and 104,000 sq ft (Unit 2).
In the heart of the Deeside Enterprise Zone, the site has excellent access to the regional road network and to Junction 16 of the M56 2 miles to the east via the recently improved A494 link road.
