Overview
What we're Building.
In early 2022 CDP purchased a 27-acre site in a prime position on The Airfields mixed use development park at the Northern Gateway redevelopment area in Sealand, Deeside, Wales. This forms the next phase of CDP’s development here within the Flintshire & Wrexham Investment Zone.
MCWY successfully delivered Phase 1 – a 180,000 sq ft three-unit scheme – and are now on site delivering the next phase, comprising seven new industrial units ranging from 12,000 sq ft to 57,000 sq ft, designed to meet modern logistics and manufacturing requirements.
Located in the heart of the Deeside Enterprise Zone the site has excellent access to the regional road network and to Junction 16 of the M56 2 miles to the east via the recently improved A494 link road.
