Overview
What we built.
The Lincoln is a seven storey super-prime BREEAM Excellent office development in Manchester’s central business district, providing modern workspace with ground floor retail and leisure units.
It’s developed by CDP with MCWY delivering the construction works and Joinery providing bespoke internal elements throughout.
This redevelopment of Brazennose House is the centrepiece of the new regenerated Lincoln Square linking Manchester Town Hall and Deansgate. It has created a strong city centre presence with an efficient building footprint, six floors of high quality office accommodation, basement parking, a gym and Peloton studio and a roof terrace.
Works also comprised the safe removal, storage and refurbishment of the Lincoln statue during construction.
