Bridge House Care Home, Brighouse

What we built.

Bridge House Care Home was constructed for The Fisher Partnership and designed to provide a welcoming, comfortable and contemporary environment for residents. The building comprises a steel frame on pad foundations with composite decking floors, traditional masonry cladding and a flat membrane roof, which was overlaid with paving to create additional outdoor amenity space. Internally, the home includes a bar, hairdressers, indoor garden and multiple dayrooms, all finished to a high standard to deliver a modern and luxurious setting.

The project incorporated advanced M&E systems, including ground source heat pumps drilled to significant depths to supplement the efficiency of gas boilers, alongside photovoltaic panels to enhance sustainability. Works also included full interior fit-out, decoration and coordinated building services. The scheme was completed on programme, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client.
